Weihua crane help Tianzhou-1 successful flying
In 2016, Triumphant news kept pouring in from Chinese Aerospace field : Long March 7, Tiangong-2, Shenzhou 11 spacecraft, Long March 5 Series Launch Vehicle successful launch, Weihua crane has never been absent. With Long March 7 completing the vertical transport,Tianzhou-1 also entered the countdown stage.
In the field of aerospace, due to the special structure of the plant, the high value of the single product, the complicated assembly process and the large size of the parts, the requirements of the crane is stricted and the design, manufacture and installation of the crane is difficult.Weihua crane using automatic planning of crane path,anti-swing automatic positioning, remote operation and real-time monitoring and other technologies to ensure that the aerospace equipment in the lifting process of security.
Weihua independent research and development anti-swing precision automatic positioning control technology, which use computer-controlled key components of the operation, can swing the angle down to 0.2 °, the swing amplitude reduced by 95%, control accuracy of 2 mm, filled gaps of technology field, so that the crane transform into a "crane robot."
Equipped with Weihua’s anti-swing technology products have been successfully applied to the four major domestic satellite launch base. Weihua’s lifting equipment serve Aerospace engineering for a long time, and it has helped Shenzhou series of spacecraft,Tiangong-1, Tiangong-2, Long March 7, Long March 5, Chang'e III successful flying.
