The method of reducing the heat of the vibration motor and its preventive measures
Ordinary motors rely on fans to dissipate heat, whereas vibration motors require manual maintenance to maintain heat dissipation. When the ordinary motor works, the fan keeps the wind direction along the heat sink above the shell and keeps the air blowing. The heat dissipation is faster and the dust on the top is also removed, so that the temperature generated during the operation of the ordinary motor is guaranteed to be normal.
The vibration motor does not have a fan device and is cooled by itself. However, the dust in the working environment of the vibration motor is relatively large, and it is easy to accumulate on the surface of the motor for a long time, which may affect the heat dissipation effect, and also cause the temperature to be too high and burn out the motor.
Precaution:
1. Regularly remove the dust on the surface of the motor so that the vibration motor has a good working environment.
2. The vibration motor is preferably used in a well-ventilated place. Generally, there is no problem in winter. In the summer, electric fans can be used to cool down.
The above two points will help the customers who use the vibration motor to maintain the vibration motor and extend the life of the vibration motor.
